Not another one!

The TV broadcasting girl is obviously artifacts, I mean look at the distinct patterns it forma on her forehead, and it doesn't even follow her correctly when she advances towards the camera. And she really seems to care that she is morphing...

The other one is also artifacts, it appears then disappears following an even time lapse.
