i saw a huge weird looking plane (MADE A PIC. IN PHOTOSHOP)

ok so about a month ago i was in tampa near MacDillA.F.B and i was driving through town and saw a huge plane flying so slow it didnt look possible to be in the air it was white had a giant scoop in the bottom and rectangelar wings that went straight out and a flat rounded nose and i cant really remember that much about the back of the plane because i was so mesmerized by the huge scoop
can someone please help me find out what this could be

Would you be able to draw it?

I have been hearing more and more reports of large white planes either stationary or creeping about, especially on NUFORC. They are silent, and don't seem particularly concerned about being spotted.
If I read one or two, I'd dismiss them. But this seems to be becoming a common sighting occurence.

Yeah a drawing or a more detailed description would help us to ident the a/c in question

did you read the part about it was huge and had a gigantic scoop

the air scoop was on the front section?
and accoding to your sketch, the scoop was on the top of the aircraft?

my first guess was Global Hawk, its a big UAV, its white, and has a scoop...heres a pic of that.

it looked like that ecept for the scoop was on the bottom and it was alot wider

Only problem I see is I believe the above test frame is static, but you indicated it was flying. Could it have been on a test rig as pictured, and it gave the illusion of flight?

Well seeing as that is static as you said and is only mounted a few ft above the ground I doubt that it would be that. Mind you Willard its uncanny the similarity. I saw that as well eariler this morning when I checked into the P-8A site.
