If WWIII is coming, does that mean DRAFT?

You think so? I don't. I am very curious to see how our nation would react to a draft. What exactly have you seen in our country, specifically in the people who are of a draftable age, that would lead you to believe that they would rise up in an unprecedented violent revolt? I haven't seen anything.

I personally feel that if we do take any type of military action against Iran, that they will be forced to institute a draft. Our troops are being stretched too thin as it is.

I don't know what the OP's definition of WWIII is, but if you are talking the US vs Russia or China and Iran... something similar in scale to WWII, then certainly we would have a draft. I just highly doubt that that type of war is on the horizon anytime too soon.
