First attempt at psi ball, went horribly wrong

last night i tried making psi ball for the first time. i had read that you need to get energy from somewhere, eg heat water wind. anyways. i always had and been 90% that there are friendly spirits with me in my room, that i feel like i can connect with. i decided because i thought that these spirits would have alot of energy to imagine the power and energy for the psi ball coming from them. thats when things got weird. first off i had my hands cupped on my stomach for the ball, then i got a wave of heat and panic, and a rapid clicking sound in my right ear, it started fast then slowed down to nothing. weird noises outside my window were distracting. i panicked but kept trying with my psi ball. i had zoned out while concentrating on funneling energy. then there was loud banging from upstairs above my bedroom, it started just quiet then got really loud. i mean loud as in i was scared s***less. i stoped trying to make psi ball. i couldnt concentrate, the banging was getting really loud. i just lay there and listened. then it stopped. i couldnt go to sleep for about another half hour. i dont feel safe sleeping in my room anymore. it was the kind of fear that makes you panic, and worry about your welbeing. the next day all i could think about was that noise. i recognised the noise, and realised it was likely the sound my desk chair makes when i lift and move it, and drop it on the floor.

i am giving up psi balls for now, untill i feel safer.
in the meantime i am very entertained with trying to get my pinwheel to stop spinning clockwise and change its direction.

i want to know if its possible i made spirits angry by taking energy from them? because this noise wasnt something i could shrug off and a normal bump in the night, it was constant and loud. ill never forget the sound of it-kind of noise.

I advise you to stay far away from such things.

I remember trying to open up my "3rd Eye", and hearing loud bangs on my door, then eventually getting a message on piece of paper saying that I'd die the next day. I was scared #less and promised never to try any of these things again. Just lead a normal life man.

Where do you get information on how to open up 3rd eye? I am interested in it and please don't reject me.

I am also interested in psi ball making. Can you post the link to which you got your information from.

There is helpful info there. I followed the psipog link and got a psiball to work sort of. I used the technique where you imagine your mind pulling energy from a celestial body and I chose the moon and within minutes I started feeling a very palpable magnetism between my hands growing. Pretty neat

i would suggest trying to do PSI balls somewhere else, because if there were only friendly spirits in ur room it shouldnt have gone that bad
there is obviously something else, worse in ur room that it would be best to try not to manifest any chi or PSI energy in ur room, perhaps try somewhere in a park or something
but where there is no one around

I know this is late but there are no "benign" spirits! If they even are possibly benign they are not spirits, they are Angels. All others are Demons. It may be interesting to talk with them but do not believe anything they say! Do not do anything they tell you either. They are simply trying to take your soul (I mean this literally, souls have been proven in spectral imaging, and it is their only goal to destroy you). Either that or possess your body. Possessions are very real, which is why I am scared of messing with spectral imaging.
Rules with them:
Never become TOO friendly with them, as it is probable that they are deceiving you.
Do not bother them if they do not want to be bothered.
In the event they go crazy, you may die. However, there are 2 reactions to this.
1. (obvious) Run! Run as far as possible from the location, and come back with a group of people.
2. Scream at them, defy them, tell them to leave, act as if you have power, fight them with all you got. Warning: They are much more powerful. Only do this if you are trapped. Never act as if you fear them.
