Are spirits aliens?

The reason I ask is that when my grandmother passed away a couple of years ago she kept telling the burse (three days before she passed) that she saw a big muscular black man standing in the room, while small children stood around her telling it it would be ok and that they would soon be able to play. The nurse said it was the pain killers.

Also, here recently I have been trying to invoke the spirits of my family. It was weird because the other day while doing it, I felt a calm come over me, yet my cats were visibly aggitated from something that they kept looking at above the table (although I could not see anything), and they begain to hiss violently at whatever it was.

Thoughts?

I can't say that I see where your post is in relation to aliens, but to answer your question, yes aliens are spirits.
"Aliens" as we call them are spiritual in nature but they are more than that because they are a very special creation. "Aliens" are in fact actually Angels who were God's first creation before the Earth and before man. Angels have the ability to take a physical form and can become anything they want to.
It would appear to me that what you are talking about in your post are plain spirits, or "ghost". A ghost is the disembodied soul of a human being, a lesser "ranking" so to say spirit than an angel.

You should not be trying to summon spirits because you very well could bring something forth that you do not want to have around. Demons are spirits who torment the souls of the dead and the souls of the living. When you mess with the spirit world you are stepping on dangerous ground.

You should understand that the spirits of the dead who were members of your family or someone who loved you are always near by. They live on, in their own realm of existence that is the same and yet very different than our own. They are always close and always know what is going on in your life.

Well, I see a lot of people talk about aliens and spirits as if they are the same.
IMO they are not the same.
Aliens are on the "same" level as our Humans.
Spirits are on another level, the level you reach when you die for example.

Members as Sleeper talk about aliens as if they would be our gods (as in spirits). Well...ahum I guess he talks about some encounters with spirits (or imagination) and explains it as he encountered an alien.
Other people do the same but visa versa.

This is my opinion and my truth. Certainly other members will have other ideas.

Thanks. Not trolling, but a sincere question. So "aliens" would be creatures other than ourselves that are tangible, while spirits are what we become afterwards? I used to be Christian, but couldn't swallow that pill any longer. I find other beliefs interesting and more fulfilling. Thanks.
