Guliani prepared for Alien Attack!

According to this report which includes a video of the town hall meeting. Guliani firmly states that “Of all the things that can happen in this world, we'll be prepared for that, yes we will. We'll be prepared for anything that happens.” Wow, to me this certainly implies that he has knowledge of the existence of ET's and plans to counter any attack. Is it possible that a person in his position would be privy to knowledge? Afterall, unlike other presidential candidates he is not a senator or other high ranking official to be briefed on such things. Maybe when he was governor of New York he was debriefed by the New York national guard? I don't know. Your thoughts.

You guys are so paranoid. One line posts are quick "yep" posts that don't contribute to the discussion. Posting a link to an existing discussion here contributes greatly to the site. Anyway, fascinating coincidence in this video isn't it. I was greatly amused.

Since no one seems to be posting in the other thread, I'm going to continue here. Does anyone have any information regarding UFO events that occured in NY that Guliani may have had knowledge of? Furthermore, besides President Reagan's address to the U.N. regarding an Alien threat how many times have public figures (in the U.S.) actually confirmed a threat? I know that Guliani didn't come out and say or confirm the existence of ET's. However, preparedness for a terrorist attack certainly confirms the existence of a group that would do harm right? That said, why would we prepare for something we have no knowledge of. It would be like saying pre 9/11 that we would be prepared for someone flying planes into buildings. This is a completely different discusion; however, in my opinion either they had no knowledge, intel, or threat of such an attack or they let it occur.

I'm not sure if what he's saying is a joke or not(probably is), but Reagan took the ET issue pretty seriously.

He was just trying to assure the public of his commitment to protect every and anyone with precautions that ensure safety. I think he wants to be prepared for every situation like any decent leader should. I suppose alien invaders may fall under this category too.... but was he thinking about it at the time, or implying that the invaders are coming? NO.

I don't think it was a joke at all. His answer was very serious. You could simply say he is implying that if he was elected they would be ready for anything. But that is a bold claim coming from a governor who wasn't prepared for at least one major event.
