Adding yet one more thread in regards to iPhone/Apple lawsuits. I have a thread here Apple Sued over iphone on Apple/ATT lawsuit and Monopoly Behavior.

Now it's the material they are using in their Phones they are being sued for, this trail of lawsuits just keeps piling up for Apple.
