Added: Blue Apples

I ran across this piece after reading some discussion in John Rhodes' forum, but the topic piqued my interest. I couldnt find a whole lot of background on the subject, but nonetheless thought that it would be a great addition to the wiki.

I hope to learn more to add to this in the future. If anyone knows more than what I have entered, please add to it.
