new forum idea- past and confirmed conspiracys

I have no idea if this belongs here, but would there be interest in a forum for past and confirmed conspiracies? From false flags to spy rings to black propaganda, I think maybe some good lessons on modern conspiracies could be gained by studying the past. If there's already a place these sort of post should go, I apologize, and wonder if someone might help me out and direct me there.
I'm certainly not looking to rock the boat here, as your current setup is pretty good in my opinion, I'm just a bit of a cold war history buff and wondered where I might provide some interesting accounts
