What will happen to Boeing? I don't see this upcoming Airbus that big of a seller, especially in the United States. As a long time airline employee, I don't see a market for it, atleast for the airline I am employeed with.

Boeing will continue to build superior aircraft (IMO) than to that of Airbus. Although, their 319/320 family of aircraft are continuing to take a larger market share from Boeing.

The A380 is planned to carry in excess of 550 passengers on two decks. Singapore Airlines and Emirates, are two launch customers. I suspect most of these aircraft will see activity over in Asia, where traffic demands are higher.
