Saving someones life or Political Asylum ?

This is my insured, all he wants to do is live with his 6 year old AMERICAN son here in the states and him and his American brother own Joe's Italian Resturaunt.


Other than knowing Xemal personally (his brother) and knowing that they are good decent people that was basically Americans all were originally.

But on the other hand; the problem with imigration like it is now; how do we stop this and where do we set the line ?

Anyones input would be great as I am just trying to find out how I feel on this particular issue !

As I know his brother pretty well, and know some people that have worked at the resturaunt that he has.

Knowing that his waitresses get paid cash ... at the end of every night. And some other things TAX wise that are probably not handled in the best of ways.
