Missing movies and old favorites

The purpose of this thread is to collectively try finding ( at least identify) a couple of old movies and film clips. If you wish to try finding a long lost favorite feel free to ask here.
I have two I would like help with:

1. A clip I saw on a UFO/alien program that showed a craft at night at an apartment complex and a couple of small alien types are looking in a second story apartment window. It was from a security camera I believe. very spooky and fair quality.

2. A clip taken of an airborne UFO over Gulf Breeze. It was a metallic cylinder above the beach at relatively close range. The quality was exceptionally good.
