Telepathy nightmares?

Okay, I've been trying to shut off my telepathy for a while now, and I've been really sucessful (primarialy thanks to everyone here who responded to my post about it)
Anyway, everything was going good, until like the past few nights.
I usually don't usually remember my dreams, but these were really weird.
It was like i was having multiple dreams at once, but not really. It's really hard to explain, it's sorta like all this time I was using a pipe that was clogged, and then the pipe became unclogged and this rush of water came at me.
I'm really freaking ut now, I've woken up from these dreams with terrible headaches with like echos of these things in my head.
Is it possible that my telepathy is causing these?
Or, is it maybe that I'm reading my famiuly's dreams or something?
Am I like flashing back to previous telepathic experiances?
Has this ever happened to anyone before?!?!
