Alien encounter or Dream?

Good Morning People of ATS,

As many of you, I've be around in this site for a few years reading all the conspiracy theories and stories which i find very intresting at times. Although i really dont post anything.I can't make up mind if my little story belongs here in the ufo forums or on the paranormals but i'll let the MOD's in here decide.

I'm posting my strange coincidence to see if anyone has ever experienced my situtation.Before i start i must state this,for the past 2 year or so.I've been having mild discomfort to slight pain on both sides of my shoulders.Not to the point i cant do my everyday thing but enough to slow me down.Also a discomfort on both of my knees but no pain and for the last several years 24/7 discomfort on my left ankle but no pain.

Ok so here we go,Last week i had a "lucid dream" from what i understand it's when a dream feels real.It was an odd dream but i dont remember most of it but one part which felt very,very real.i was laying down on a bed/table,kinda dark area with two aliens looking down at me,Greys is what they're called by most people from what i've read.Only they dont look as cute as some people make them out to be but not intimidating looking either,very tall and slim but not puny slim either.Very large heads and eyes,i was'nt frightened or threatened by them, if anything i felt at peace.One of them told me they were going to fix me but it did'nt really speak with its mouth but i heard it say it very clearly.Then it touched me on my left shoulder with some object i could'nt see.

I woke up early in the morning and first thing i noticed is my shoulders are'nt hurting??? I've always awakened with mild shoulder pains,my knees felt fine also no stiffness to them either and my ankle felt normal no discomfort what so ever! i felt happy and relieved but i figured i'll soon feel it again once i start working,walking and doing heavy lifting. today it'll be one week since that strange dream and i still feel good with no pain and discomfort.Also I noticed 3 mosquito bites/needle marks on my left ankle exactly where i felt discomfort, perfectly aligned. But i Believe they are mosquito marks.

That morning when i awoke,I explained to my girlfriend "stood over that night" about the dream and how i felt no pain etc.... As any person would she just makes fun of me to this day.She explained to me that morning how she woke up in the middle of the night because my body was twitching like a mild muscle spasms,she said she touched me and i woke up and looked at her dead into her eyes and just went back to sleep which i dont remember at all.

I'm going to be honest with you guys,in a way i would like to believe it was an alien encounter but i have to come to terms with reality! it was a strange dream and coincidence with my pain/discomfort gone.I take it as my own type of miracle or something. I believe there should be intelligent life out there,maybe a handful of documented ufo's are real but no more than that.

I hope everyone enjoyed my weird experience and maybe someone also experienced this same thing.All i know is my Body,Shoulders,Knees and Ankle feel like new.thank God!

Your experience reads close to my own abduction in 88. I was sleeping and suddenly it was like I was conscious of being in total darkness and feeling as though I was rising.

Than, I realized I was rising, as I came up through a black fog into a circular gray craft. My encounter was with 3 gray aliens.

Never have I had such a vivid experience in sleep as this. I will be writing of the experience soon with all the details.

I believe you.

I've had dreams like this, but i'm stuck for words and cannot explain it at all.

ALLOT of people have been posting encounters lately. They are ever so increasing. The greys are a neutral race, I do not think they are good or bad. At some point in the future, you will need to do something that might require great physical dexterity, and the greys wanted to help for some reason. It is true greys communicate telepathetically. I am confused by your 'tall description. In truth greys are at max, 4ft tall. I think the table you were on was lower to the ground than a normal table would be. The greys have long arms and short (4ft) bodies so this makes sense, and would also explain why they appeared tall. Whether it was a dream or not is really up to you to decide. I think, I'm sorry, I KNOW, the power of the mind can do great feats like this on its own. All pain and discomfort is in the mind and is not physical at all. In ninjitsu teaching I have learned to overcome pain by accepting it as a chemical reaction and not anything physical, thus, eliminating it with concentration.

I wish they would come and fix my schizo/MPD. LOL

I myself had an experience with them 6 months back, I'm not sure if it was a dream or experience, none the less, 'something' happened.

Don't worry about non-believers like your GF, something will happen to her in time for her to believe. Don't force it on her, let the truth come, or let her seek it herself. One cannot push faith.

When you say you saw mosquito bites on your ankle were there 2 of them one next to the other of exact same size ?

Ahh i did not see you saw 3 of them however i myself have woken with mark's on my skin like puncture mark's.

Since i wrote this thread many odd thing's have happend to me i wake up 5 minutes after i fall asleep feeling refreshed almost like i have slept a whole night.

I also notice myself rising from the bed and then moving forward's thru the wall. I have heard my girlfriend scream during this however when i ask her about it she has not idea about what i am talking about.

See if anything matches.

Yes it was 3 of marks,exactly one inch or so apart from each other. the reason i say they are mosquito bites is because it did itch but it kind of had a tingly feeling to it also.

Hi i updated my initial post would you take a look ?

I also remember something happening around my kidney area and i remember i was talking in my head almost to myself saying stop that hurt's.

However there was a voice saying its ok it's going to help you.

From the corner of my eye i saw a dark shadow i am shure this is down to the fact i always say to myself i could not handle looking at one of the being's.

I think you have a point with the hieght thing and with the power of the mind,thats why i cant really say it was an alien encounter.
All i know is my body feels great.

The grays are, as I can understand it, analyzing and adjusting humankind from the ether. These grays look strikingly similar in height, texture and all appearances and have no sex differentiation. They are sentient hybrid robotic beings performing maintenance to our world while under the control of, the secret builders of the human race, who I have been before once, as far as I can recall.

Did they tell you their "plan".....common i need to know. You can't just say you met the builders of the human race and the say good-by hahaha

There's no hahaha about it. I have experienced there presence and that will be another story posted later on by me in my own post. I first have to post the 88 experience than timeline the stories together.

How can you even doubt your own personnal experience?
It even sounds like a typical abduction experience. Also, there are many tall "greys" out there, not just short kinds.

Its ok, I was just clarifying I will be writing about the 88 experience and the experience that leads me to beleive these secret builders of the human race are real.

This is where I have to disagree with you. I've seen taller ones in the astral...ether if you want to put it like so, and in one of my scarier memories, a few were taller than me (I am 5'1"), but this was in a medical setting and I don't think they do much except maybe use some ability they have for calming, or control, but for the most part, observe. I panicked one night and found one's hand on top of mine and i nearly instantly calmed down.

Your girlfriend probably saw you when you got home from the craft. You were still in a state of sleep trans from being transported back to your bed. This "dream" has too many details to be fake. I believe you were abducted and they healed your pain. I wish they could heal my knee pain, it kills me every day. And I am only 22.

Some stand more than 8 feet tall, run 40 mph and live 800 years. They speak like a dog barking or a bird chirping, write similar to Egyptian hieroglyphics and have learned English quite easily. Not really a coincidence. If this really was a dream, then it could be so vivid that you thought it was real and that aliens were fixing you, which leds to pain relief. Mind is a very powerful thing.

And for the record, this is just a theory, I'm not saying you weren't abducted because I don't have any way to know.

Don't forget the ones with uniforms like Greyhound bus drivers and stewardesses with box-pleated skirts.
