Just wondering if anyone one else is experiencing bad things after watching jurasik Park. Whenever jurasik park is on i will break something or have a financial downfall. i try and stay clear of jurasik park. almost seems like dinosaur extinction is a curse and the movie has caught me in its web.

I don't know if I can take you seriously, I mean you spelled "Jurassic" wrong... ("jurasik" ?!?)

Personally, I enjoyed Jurassic Park, it was one of my favorite childhood film, who for a while sparked my fascination for dinosaurs and paleontology during my youth. And so far I turned out to be alright.

I think its just paranoia and superstition, meaning this has nothing to do with prophecies or prediction, more related to the paranormal..

It could possible be your DVD or VHS is cursed, but then again, I think I'll go with paranoia and superstition for the time being. Maybe try buying another Jurassic Park DVD, watch that and see if anything bad happens, if not, then right after that watch your old DVD, if something does happen, then your old Jurassic Park DVD away, either destroying the curse or ending your paranoia.

I have the same experiences with Final Destination, everytime I watch it, someone close to me dies. Weird!

you might want to keep track of how often you break things when you *haven't* watched jurassic park. i'll bet the trend doesn't consistently deviate from the norm when you throw jurassic park back into the mix. the deaths are coincidental i'm sure. think of it this way:

hypothetically if you could list EVERYONE you know. omit the names of people that are younger than you. you would likely still be left with a large list of people. let's say you had 20. assuming they aren't all the same age you have a pretty decent chance of one of those people dying periodically over the course of your lifetime. so if you're 20 (being nice here
) then you should have someone die every 3 years or so if you plan on living to 80. you can throw in the other names you previously omitted as low risk, but that allows for freak accidents.

my logic may not be 100% sound, but i think it makes the point that you can associate a semi-frequent occurrance with pretty much anything. i myself have been to more funerals than i can count and i was only 15 or so at the last one. i guess i'm about due...

As a matter of fact I did.........The Lost World & Jurassic Park 3.

Don't watch it then. That's what they make the TV guide for.

Peace
