I was watching a movie a while ago, it was on ancient history's and such. I can't remember where I saw it, but it was predicted in the *mayan calandar that the world was going to end may 2004 (can't remember day).
anyone else here something like this.. or anything similar?

*may have been aztec.. incan.. etc.. memory fades

The Mayan calendar ends 21 December 2012.
Some people believe that something profound will occur then, be it a polar shift, a magnetic flip, the return of Jesus or even the end of the world.

I haven't heard anything about the world ending in 2004. In fact, I haven't heard much about this year unless you count John Titor, who stated that a second American civil war will begin in this year.

I'm with Pisky on this one, the only thing I've heard about 2004 are the JT predictions.

On a sidenote, I'll be legal barhopping age in May of this year, which could mean the end of the world if I get really drunk and get my hands on a lightsaber.
