This would be shocking if it's true, but I highly think that the virus would live long enough to infect anyone.

Who would benefit from doing that? If it were true you would be greating a monstrous plague that would spread across the world (Not just africans use condoms you know). What a moron, what kind of propaganda is this suppossed to be? He must just be a cooke.

No it can't live in a condom.

This is a typical deception practiced by African leaders because they can't afford the AIDS drugs. They've also tried to say that HIV does not cause AIDS.

It is deadly and irresponsible misinformation. Sadly, the vast majority of Africans don't have access to real information on the subject so people keep dying unnecessarily because of beliefs such as this.

It's just another attempt by the Catholic Church to cause the under-educated to keep putting out babies who eventually will become nothing but blind sevants to the Catholic Church Corperation.

My oldest daughter and he stupid husband are proof of this. The put out one child a year and lost custody of five so far since they are not resposible enought to take care othem.

The aids virus can only live for seven days outside of a host. Thanks to the Archbishop for driving Africans back to the dark ages. It is common belief among Africans that having sex with a virgin is the only 'cure' for aids. The percentage of HIV positive in Africa is horrendous.

Helping the misguided in Africa is just one of a billion things the world could be doing instead of going to fast food joints and wasting time downloading music etc.

According to the majority of scientific research the AIDS virus dies almost instantly without a host, unless I have missed some newer research.

Is there any chance you can provide us with a link for your claim, this would really worry me if the virus could live that long outside a host.

Scientists and medical authorities agree that HIV does not survive well in the environment, making the possibility of environmental transmission remote. HIV is found in varying concentrations or amounts in blood, semen, vaginal fluid, breast milk, saliva, and tears. (See page 3, Saliva, Tears, and Sweat.)
