EU prepares to send Peace keepers to Tshad

France is about to propose a new UN sanctioned Peace keeping operation for Tshad, with the goal to protect the Sudanese/Darfur refugee camps. EU members are preparing to approve the operation immediately after a UN mandate is recieved. Several countries are all allready preparing their troops, But EU battegroup will not be deployed.
