if the U.S government has special branches working on Ufo's and other paranormal activities, the problem is who is directly in charge of these operations?

what kind of a part does the president play in all this or does he know anything about it? who is actually running the show?

Bush 41 was, but he was bumped and only co runs it under the Clinton crew. Specifically a swing from Neo to more liberal Elites like Brookings Institute.

After the stolen election and some un gentamenly things Bush and crew did in 2003 - 2004 they lost respect with the rest of the group. They are scheduled to be retired out as new Clinton Crew moves in over next 5 years or so. Note they still have great power, Jeb Bush is still slated for 2016 Presidential appointment.

The actual branch of government is the one Cheney is in, it is not one of the other 3. mostly staffed by Corporations, lots of Secret Service, now Homeland defence, and of coarse intelligence.

Good questions, but I think those types of agencies and operations within the government are so secretive that even the President couldn't provide all the answers.

The president doesn't have a need to know, so he's not aware of anything to do with extraterrestrials. I'm not sure if that's the full truth, but it's what most people have come to believe based on what some presidents have mentioned while in office. Bill Clinton was asked if he knew anything about the Roswell case or if he's aware of any extraterrestrials in league with the military, and he always responded that he was just as clueless as everyone else.

Well, who exactly, is in charge?

I was at one of my favorite sites (in the Tin Foil Hat folder) and the author promised to make full disclosure of the one main person in charge (TOMPIC) ... but I can't find the site!!! The name was supposed to be published soon, but that was about two weeks ago. For the life of me, I can't remember the dang site.

Rats!

Gotta keep looking ....

I still think Bush at the top. Legally, he still has most of the executive power of the government, so it's illogical to have someone else in charge. I think a lot of his "stupidity" is a very clever act to get people to underestimate him.

i dont think bush knows anything about this subject,, if he knew he would have released all the information to divert all the bad attention that he's getting,, its much bigger than bush has to be,,,

I remember from the disclosure project, one ex-government official stated no president has had "cosmic clearance". Although, he did state Eisenhower was the closest to getting it.

if a president really wants to get to the bottom of this subject, i think he has the power to do so...i think its a matter of whether a president is ready to take on these powerful leaders/groups head on or not,,,

Nah, he would just be in even deeper dookie than the present because people would wonder why he hasn't gone public with this earlier.
