"Humans could get to Mars in less than 10 years, if they put their minds to it. That is the message of the Mars Society, a group of scientists and
space enthusiasts who met recently in Los Angeles. VOA's Mike O'Sullivan spoke with some about their vision for the exploration and settlement of
the Red Planet."

These guys seem quite serious and enthusiastic about manned mars missions, anyone else have an opinion on this? What other dangers could be involved
in a manned mission to mars?
The obvious is the wasting away of bone and muscle mass and being locked in a spacecraft for months maybe even years on end, and what spacecraft would
they use? The CEV Nasa has had under the works for the past few years, surely they would need a more powerfull spacecraft with some degree of self
sufficiancy.
