as proxy soldiers


there is the criminal activity that some of these security contractors are engaging in...


the scope of the OP article by dr moreau, also brought up the issue
of blackwater (BW) also being instrumental in providing arms to PKK,
which the Turkish investigations uncovered.

so BW or factions of individuals in the BW heirarchy are covertly?
engaging in illegal & criminal arms sales/transfers..Kurds, Sunni & Shiia
insurgents,....(years ago primarily the CIA who were the ones that did the same with the Afghani mujahadeen)
