I can assure you, food allergies and intoleraces are very real! I know, I almost died from mine. As a matter of fact - I did die for a few minutes on the operating table. I found out the hard way that I had celiacs disease, after 4 inches of my small intestines were removed because of a complete blockage. A biopsy was done on the part of the intestine that was removed and it tested positive for celiacs disease. Before that, I had a lot of stomach problems - all the time. Consider yourself fortunate that you do not have, or experience any food allergies or food intolerances.

I am lactose intolerant.

This is not in my mind. Drinking milk and eating milk products will upset my stomach and have me camping in the bathroom for quite some time. This is not a pleasant thing when there is only one bathroom in the house and more than one person living here.

I also know that when I do drink, I cannot handle any brown liquors or beer. Period. I get sick as a dog within one or two drinks. Give me something like gin, rum or vodka.. I'm fine and as happy as a clam.

Drinking milk makes me very ill. I am not allergic nor do I have an intolerance to it.

Ever since I saw my grandfather milk a cow when I was a small child I have not been able to take even a small sip without getting violently ill.

This is strictly all in my head but very real. When I see a glass of milk I see grandfather squeezing the liquid out of the cows udders. Not a pretty site. I call it cow juice. Yuck

"Got Milk?" Keep it. None for me thank you.

Ever see an animal butchered? You had better keep your eyes closed tightly as I can't even imagine how many things would make you ill. LOL!
