Yeah, Bush is a member of Skull and Bones. The "hand gesture" Bush keeps using has nothing to do with Skull and Bones, and Skull and Bones had nothing to do with 9/11.

Incidentally, Bush is one of the least enthusiastic Bonesmen on record, and was literally only tapped because his father and grandfather had also been tapped. By in large, Skull and Bones is not eager to recruit members of Yale's pep squad unless their families are phenomenally well-connected. Bush never even got around to selecting a nickname for the group, and there is debate among other Bonesmen of Yale '68 as to whether Bush actually participated in any of the initiation ceremonies.

its doctored his ring finger is bent between the last and second to last knuckle. Try and reproduce it with your own hand then compare length of fingers.

He does do this motion alot, but I think this one is doctored.

The ring finger is longer then the bent middle finger, even with thumb pinning the middle finger back the length is very difficult to explain.

The President being a transplanted Texan is just showing his support for the University of Texas Longhorns, though at a seemingly inappropriate moment.

His hand gesture is a common thang among the Austin Population. But didn't the President go to Harvard and not UT?
