Ah, ok i think i see what you mean. Its just a mountainous region. At one point in time some of these moons around Saturn and also Jupiter were sort
of volcanic, and with volcanic phenomenen you do get uplift. Sorry I cant answer that very well, but someone else maybe able to help. Also you should
check Jupiters moon Io, I think that has active volcanoes on it
