An interesting read, but nothing more than a political essay about British rule. He was trying to make fun of the British government and mae them see what was going on in the Colonies.

yes it was written in jest but when you reread it and apply it to modern day america, does it not send chills down your spine? isn't what he wrote exactly what is going on in the us today? is that funny or prophetic?
