Also it appears retaliation for the cut backs in oil supplies had some thing to do with it. As Mexico moves more toward alternative methods of fuel such as ethanol,this will probably become common place, displaced workers amidst an economy already at sub poverty levels.

American companies would be stupid not to explore oil in Mexico...heck, they'd be stupid not to explore it in North Korea, if only North Korea would let them.
