U.S. Constitution Could Clear Craig(Senators cannot be arrested while traveling to & from Congress)

Please see website for how crazy our laws are. So basically Senator Widestance could have committed armed robbery, murder, and rape and just showed the undercover cop the U.S. Constitution and went on his merry way. Or should I say he could have went frolicking thru the airport. No offense to anyone out there.

Well, whatever he does, the GOP don't want him back. He's a man without a party.

"I'm am not gay, nor have I ever been gay!".......one of the funniest lines I've ever heard.

Peace

That and the line before it. "Let me be que, I mean clear" I threw in the que part to make it sound better. I mean what a goof. I just don't understand some of our laws though. Could a senator really get out of something by that law?

Section 6. The Senators and Representatives shall receive a compensation for their services, to be ascertained by law, and paid out of the treasury of the United States. They shall in all cases, except treason, felony and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any speech or debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other place.

US Constitution

Seems to me he plead guilty to disturbing the peace which is one of the things he can be stopped for. I am not sure if solicitation is a felony in Minnesota.
