Can't access HTTPS sites

I've been having this problem for a while and I have no idea what might be causing it.

Everytime I try to go to a HTTPS (note the S, for secure) site, it says that the page cannot be displayed. I don't think it's my browser settings or my firewall.

Help would be much appreciated. If you need more info, I'll gladly post it.

I think you have to check again your IE security level.

- Tools.
- IE Options.
- Security.
- Trusted sites.

You'll see a checkbox. Uncheck it or check it, then past the site in the list. It should fix your problem. Anyway, if it's checked, you can only past a secured site ( https ).
