FAST FRIED BEEF TENDERLOIN ON RICE....... VERY HOT
Well, I just cooked a good lunch, so I thought I'd post it here.
First Ingredients
2 Lb. Beef Tenderloin Cut In Strips
1/4 Cup Frank's Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
Mix together and marinate 24 hours, stir several times.
Use your favorite hot sauce, but I prefer the Buffalo wing sauce.
Never use anything with sugar because it will all turn burned and black.
Other Stuff You Need..........
The beef is in the bowl, and you will need more Frank's.
Cut in half a dozen mushrooms.
Chop one medium onion.
Slice two jalapeƱos.
Cook Your Rice
I prefer Basmati, but the choice is your's.
I used a polished white this time.
Make sure the rice is buttered and salted.
A bit of curry powder goes good here.
Start Frying
Pick out the raw beef with a fork, and toss out the leftover sauce.
Place beef in buttered very hot pan
Onions on top of that
Then Mushrooms
Lastly peppers
Keep it moving in the pan so it mixes well and cooks evenly, with short pauses to brown the under surfaces.
Brown It Well, Till You See Some Black On The Meat
A good hot fry, and keep it fast.
You don't want to over-cook the meat.
At the last moment add some chopped green onions, but just long enough to warm.
Serve It Up
Make a hollow in a plate of rice.
Spoon mixture from pan into center.
Just barely drizzle the entire plate with more Frank's.
Bon Appetite'
