I'm tired of people having such delicate sensitivities to everything

Thank God this rant forum exists because I'm in the mood to have a temper tantrum worse than a five year old in Walmart who was just told he's not getting that new toy he spotted that he just can't live without.

This is a generalized temper tantrum and is not intended toward anyone in specific. That being said, let's begin.

ARRRGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

I can not STAND feeling like I have to cater to some peoples' delicate sensitivities on this forum. SORRY but I am not going to stroke your ego and put a buttery sugar coating on everything I say in order to appease your need for personal attention.

I do try to be civil and if I am attacked, I will likely make an effort to respond with humor or sarcasm to lighten the atmosphere. But this doesn't always work well with some of you because there are a few around here that are so damn anal about everything that you're just LOOKING for a mole hill to make a mountain out of.

I don't stroke egos, that's your mommy's job not mine.

I don't baby whiney brats to make up for their lack of attention.

I don't buy into peoples' delusions of grandeur. If you want to think you're all that and a bag of chips, then fine but I do NOT have to agree with you on the subject!

If you can't HANDLE me having an opinion without rambling on about how ignorant and stupid you think I am, then that is a personal flaw in YOUR character, not mine!

The preceding temper tantrum was intended in a generalized manner toward all people who are annoying, obnoxious, irritating or intolerable. Any resemblence to actual specific persons, alive or dead, is strictly coincidental. However if you strongly feel that you are in fact annoying, obnoxious, irritating or intolerable and that my comments may apply to people like you then may I suggest you do a bit of soul searching and self reflection and attempt to be a little more aware of what an a-hole you are.

LOL... jokes. I think you have a point and good post. Yes i agree it is generalized and thank goodness one can determine which thread/post you will respond to. I, for one, have stopped being drawn into arguments and debates that go no where. I guage people on the quality of their posts and what they add to the original OP. For the MOST part i prefer to reply to the original OP but do reply to others if the subject hasn;t gone pear shaped. OK sometimes i fail because the thread is so huge and the plot is sometimes lost.

OK i am human hehehe... I used to be very conceited but, now, i am perfect...
