The MAKS 2007 was a good super airshow the Russians have organised.
For that fact, i give them some beer

It looks like ZSU on wheels but a ZSU doesnt have missiles on it, so it could be a total ZSU conversion to wheels and having missiles/ rockets

It looks like an upgraded LMTV (Light Medium Tactical Vehicle), modified for heavier loads, as is obvious becaue of the stabilisers on the back. I'll agree with the ZSU aspect, also it has an anti air radar along with Ground to Air rockets. Making it a mobile anti air defense platform worth field testing.

Not a completely unique concept, but it is feasable and probably cost effective enough to convert the older LMTVs from troop and supply, to the above incarnation.

It gets
for useing resources at hand.
