Seems the more we are told the less that is known. Why is it that when every one says they want the war to end, others are secretly backing the whole affair? Looks like more than just Iran is cashing in on the black market of Iraq and it's war.

Mismanaged bust, bad over sight by US DoD and assoCIAtes, or worse?
Not only does this look bad on all parties in this state of war, but the fact these weapons are flowing into the wrong hands is a major concern.

"Their discovery led anti-Mafia investigators down a monthslong trail of telephone and e-mail intercepts, into the midst of a huge black-market transaction, as Iraqi and Italian partners haggled over shipping more than 100,000 Russian-made automatic weapons into the bloodbath of Iraq."
Italia Police

With that in mind, what good does it do for any of us to search for weapons caches, if they are just going to smuggle in more than we can find and get rid of?

None, and that is just a private sale. Think of what a goverment like Iran can provide. Even though I was for freeing Iraq I find myself now wanting to backout since the horse that was led to water would rather die than drink.

The Iraqi govt. has their own interests. And they sure Hell ain't going to let the U.S. have control of what weapons procurement they are allowed to get.

I do know one thing knowledge is only good to a certain point, then we have to be wise enough to know that we really know nothing.

Most of the world cartels are cashing in on these wars. It doesn't seem to matter who they sell to, just as long as they are making money.

Advisor I wish I had some answers, everything that is happening these days seems really surreal. Sometimes I just have to turn the news off, and take a weekend of quiet time and just enjoy the basics in life.

A walk in nature, feeling a warm breeze, listen to the birds, watch fish in the water swimming, being with people you love.

I think we lost the manual a long time ago on how to live in peace and harmony, but maybe it will be found soon.
