You know the chevy engine.

409

Remember the song "409." Great song by the Beach Boys.

Well, here's a rendition by the incomperable Junior Brown backed up by the Beach Boys.

Thanks Grady for the trip down memory lane. We had a Chevelle 396 SS.
It was great fun, especially singing to that song on the radio. Fantastic memories. And remember gas was only 39cents a gallon! And that was the super charged Sunoco!

Peanuts in the Pepsi! I haven't thought of that in more years than I can count, sounds good! I think I will have to introduce that to the Grandkids.
Some things just have to be passed down to the new generation. :w:

Loved Neil Diamond, laughed at "All in the Family", and wept for our country as it was changing daily, and for our men who fought so bravely, and came home not to cheers, parades and flying flags, but to scorn and flying spit. SHAMEFUL!

Were those the "good ole days'?
