I have a few short clips I would like to upload onto YouTube. However, I need to adjust the brightness and edit some things out, such as certain sounds and such. Does anyone know of any good free/professional products out there? It doesn't necessarily have to be free as I know something like that might be impossible, although it is preferred.

Thanks in advance.

Well, Avid is the industry standard in video and film editing, but if it's only for something small then a program like Sony Vegas or Adobe Premier might be alright. However, neither of them are free either.

SONY Vegas Video™

VirtualDUB™

Windows Movie Maker

There's also Pinnacle Studio, which is geared well for someone just wanting to edit a few clips together... however Pinnacle has a tendency to CRASH ALL THE FREAKIN TIME.

I use VirtualDUB and I like it, it's easy to use and has many third party filters.

I have installed Avidemux but I haven't tried it yet.

And as I usualy do in video related cases, I would like to point you to the Video Help website.
