maneuverability of ballistic missile's warhead

Is it possible that a warhead of BN fly on orbit at 30-100km height with an impressive maneuver which means the warhead can change its orbit from 20 to 100 km high via any methods and trun 150 degrees to any direction by its propulsion?
If this is possible, please teach me how. also it is better to contribute some original thesis or links
my uestion concerning the problem of attacking carrier fighting group by BM.

There are several theories doing the rounds, that missiles can be re-programmed in flight.

Whilst I suppose that it could be true immediately after launch, the warheads themselves are independently targetted and 'steered' towards said target by means of tiny thrust vectoring jets, linked to a GPS navaid.

I seriously doubt that any MIRV warhead could execute a 180 degree turn during re-entry when in terminal velocity.

Of course I could be wrong and there should be people on this site who know better than me.
