Cop kill civilian in Puerto Rico

This is the kind of thing that drove me out of the island. PR is such a nice place to go on a vacation and everything, but this video shows the kind of thing that happens on a day to day basis on my island. Violence, raging crimewave I mean is awful. The police in PR is one of the most corrupt, abusive that is in the entire US or territories, I wish the FBI get to this guys and put them in jail.

For those that dont know want I'm refering to, last Saturday in a small town of my island, a man that was helping as a volunteer for a sweet sixteen that it was not even for a member of his family, was unjustifiably gun down by PR police. Luckily this time it was recorded, but this type of action by PR police are common, not to the extent that it was shown in this incident, but is just common practice for the to be abusive and corrupt. For the most part they are either afraid or being paid off by criminals and dont touch them but then take the anger on the law abiding citizens.

This was an unjustice of unspeakable proportions, the man that was executed (Miguel Caceres Cruz) was a church going, father of three, that hes only mistake was to halt traffic for a couple of minutes until the motorcycle club that he was part of and was escorting the birthday girl, were able to pass uninterrupted trough an intersection.

Three cops showed up asking the man why he was interrupting traffic, the guy stated his purpose (which his not an uncommon practice in PR) and from then on it went all down hill, cops try to arrest the man, man resisted, cops hit the man, man resisted even more.

The cop shots his leg by accident while try to retrieve the gun from its holster, and then proceeded to empty his .9 mm caliber hand gun on the man that was on the floor at the moment.
