Interesting weird orb video

I would dismiss this video if it was not so strange. The light moves around really fast, It appears to be part of the video, and not added later. Is there any way to download youtube videos? I wanted to inspect this video in AVID further. I would suspect it was on a string right in front of the camera, except at the start of the video, the orb casts a shadow on the ground in the background.

some kind of flashlight or laser being reflected into the window. Looks like the thing it reflects light on is the arm of the guy holding it..
