Does anyone out there have powers?

I really stared beleiving that I have a sort of psychic power, Ive been researching it for the last 2 years.. Its not like I can read peoples mind, its the fact that I think of something, and tranfers my thoughts into someone elses mind.. It happens rarely, but its freakily cool for me

People don't usually believe me when I tell them I dreamed 9/11 the day before it happened.

Another incident happened that actually kind of freaked me out:

We had lost our cat and my wife was pretty upset about it, 2 weeks later I pulled into our driveway and was just about to click my garage door opener when an image of that cat flashed into my mind. I stopped, walked around and went in through our front gate (we have a little breezeway that separates our front door and the garage entrance from the house) went into the garage, closed the door behind me and low and behold there was our cat. We had searched and searched the house, garage, and neighborhood and that cat was nowhere to be found, so she must have snuck in there one night after she ran away.

Powers? Coincidence? Intuition? I have no idea.

I've always had weird thing like that happen to me but I can't explain them nor is it something I can do at will.

When I first moved to Las Vegas I was asked to leave a small casino off the strip after I called 5 cards in a row while watching a blackjack game. They thought I was a card counter of some sort, but I don't gamble, nor do I have any idea how to count cards. Sometimes I just get images in my mind and they happen to be relevant to the situation at hand.

Anyone else have anything similar to this happen to them?

That power is similar to mine, but instead of me having that image flash in my head, I make it so the image or thought flashes in someone elses head..

I find it cool, I cant really control it but im trying to figure out its system.. and purpose

I find the more I try to control it or will it to happen, the less frequently it occurs.

Hmm.. It seems too that it is hard for me to control it, although.. I cant track when it happens and It always seems to happen when ive forgot I have this 'power'. It seems my mind just slightly keeps reminding me of it, when I feel its gone


I forgot to add that it seems you and I have powers that are opposite and also very similar, Ide just thought ide point that out..

When I do not have my 'kryptonite', I have body odor that will melt your eyes.

I want to say one of my other powers but I think it violates the sexual suggestion terms of the T&C.

I try to round myself by teaching myself a variety of different psionic skills. For telepathy, I've used more mundane psionic exercises where I have to find the word/color/shape someone is think of to other, more practical exercises where I might find what ideas are going through a friend's mind (Admittedly, I've only gotten to try this once. However, it was a complex idea that I was able to put together systematically.).

Most of the time, I am not sensitive (when my mind is distracted by school/problems/plans). However, when I am not distracted, my mind is very sensitive when I'm around other people. In fact, at the end of school last year (when my mind was free from stress), I started picking up mental traits from other people to the point where I felt like I was in a limbo between myself and the people around me. I taught myself some shielding so this hasn't happened much since.

I don't know if this falls under telepathy or not since it happened to me in a dream state, but I've also picked up details about people I haven't even met yet. For example, a month or two ago, I had a dream that a friend of mine would meet this girl (who I'll call "Danielle"). When I woke up, I felt like I knew this girl and when I asked around, I found out that she did exist. My description of her from my dream matched up perfectly (There were at least thirty traits I "felt" throughout the dream.) and I found I could dredge up even more information about her after the fact.

I don't know if I'd consider this a "power", more than just a series of coincidences.. but I encounter the same moments as a few people in this thread have said before. I'll think of a song, movie, episode of a television show, etc. and it will be on within the next 24 hours. Some I can account for, being as it was a popular song/movie/etc... but others I can't think of an explanation. Some I haven't heard/seen in years, but the moment I think of it, it will be on within the next 24 hours.

I know I may be looking too much into this, but I just find it interesting.

....to submit a seperate thread in this forum in the hope that someone can make sense of what I have been experiencing for over 20 years.
I do not understand why I am drawn to certain points ( I call these points 'hotspots') and I'm curious why I'm 'pulled' to them.

triple deja vu - it almost made me insane seriously this is what happened

(to to clear this up i get deja vu a lot and when i get it i get it during the action thats happening in the deja vu, as opposed to many people who get it afterwards.)

I was walking in my backyard and i got deja vu of me walking that same path, at the same time i got a deja vu of me having the deja vu and then mybe 3 seconds later i had a deja vu of me having a deja vu of me having a deja vu. It was scary and for like two minutes i swear i went insane.

I was born with the powers of music When I was 3 years old I could play the keyboard without any lessons. My mother would play a song for me, and I would play it back from ear.
Now that IM grown up, I have played in bands all my life. and made music a big part of my life..
If you talk about powers, the power of music would be mine
ITs gotten me many things in this world. Its brought me love, its brought me friendship, road trips and many wild nights and people to meet!
Its given me to power to control a crowd, when Im on stage those people listening to me will do just about anything I want them to do.

Ive also had that, I even called it triple deja vu too lol, or super deja vu. I feel like WOW how!? I dont understand.

Been able to lucid dream all my life and started having OBE's when I was 21.

whats lucid dreams and obes?

Lucid dreaming is realising your dreaming whilst dreaming and then your able to do whatever you like and the OBE's allow you to project your consciousness outside yourself whilst your body sleeps.

isnt projecting your conciousness called astral form or something?

huh i didnt know lucid dreaming was a power, or even special at all, it happens to me once in a while.
