Dr. D'Adamo did some genetic research on how different blood types react to different foods.

He may be on target in the general sense but I don't fully agree with the specifics. This is to be expected I think because you still need to take into account the uniqueness of the individualm & any extenuating circumstances. But I think his system is still valid in the general sense.

Type A = primarily plant food
Type B = mix of meat & plant food
Type O = primarily meat

Type O here, I loves me some steak but I've swore off Beef.


No Mad Cow for me please.

Guess it's back to fish and chicken... which are probably going to become mad soon as well

ill take a guess u live in the US?
BSE has been in the UK for as long as i can remember and you have more chance of winning the lottery than catching it!

Lysergic- you might want to go to a blood bank. You should be able to get good money for type O because it'll match everything (I think).

But ifyou keep on eating that meat they might have to use an ice pick to get to the vien....

Interesting stuff.
You're right, ktp. Type O - is considered the universal donor, with most other blood types being able to safely take it because it lacks A, B and rh antibodies. On the other hand, Type O can recieve only type O.
