This is exactly the point I am getting at. There was a lot of things news worthy on the ground in those first 20 minutes. But I guess, since I have never been to New York, I don't really understand the gridlock issue that time of day. I guess that would explain the lack of ground crews so early on. Thank you for pointing that out.
