Face On Mars: Alien - Iran Connection?

Is this too much of a coincidence? Check out the structures of the so called ‘face’ on Mars and the one in Iran!

And the structure in Iran….

This rare image below (Link) shows an unusual formation located in Iran. This artificial-appearing feature shares a striking, if superficial, resemblance to the Face on Mars as revealed in its entirety by the Mars Global Surveyor. Note the highly symmetrical base "platform" and tapered "chin."

If, however, Iran's "platform" is a deliberately sculpted monument, then we are presented with the opportunity to see what a "Face-like" terrestrial artifact has to tell us about the enigmatic visage on Mars' surface. Such comparative architecture is a crucial component in any thorough attempt to assess possible extraterrestrial artifacts.

There seems to be an uncanny resemblance here. Alien or geological? If it’s the latter, then do we assume that there are similar geological forces at work on Mars and Earth? And if it’s the former, is there a possible ET connection after all?

It's not proven, but there is strong evidence, that plate tectonics are happening on Mars. Plate tectonics on Mars ?

And seriously - it's still no face

Very interesting post. The faces do resemble each other. Is this face directionaly the same at Cydon? I am wondering what the latitude longitude coordinates are? Is this face anywhere near 33 degrees?

You have to be quite creative to even see a "face" on that photo from Iran. Thats a hill, surely?

Very true but it still bears a striking resemblance to the same hill on mars though, whether or not it anything to with ET's i do not know. Probably not.

Is the platform in iran manmade? They do show simularities but it could be coincidence. Very interesting.
