Long story, but bear with me...
A friend of mine is a medium/channeler and I've always been little skeptical, but after these experiences I'm not really sure what to think...
While visiting this friend (about a year ago), we were discussing auras and she was demonstrating a technique she uses to see a person's aura which
involved me standing against a wall while she stood about 15 feet away from me. While she was standing across from me explaining what she was going
to do, she abruptly stopped speaking and a look of shock came over her. She claimed to be having a vision of what seemed to be an ET. Now even though
I was very skeptical, I was also surprised since she had no interest at all in ET's and doesn't even like sci-fi movies.
After listening to her description of the being she was seeing, despite my doubts I decided to go along with it and see where this leads. Once her
initial shock and fear turned into curiosity, she attempted to psychically communicate with this being. During these communications she said that
this being was pointing to the sky Towards the south, so we went outside and looked up at the southern sky.
To my surprise there was what looked like a star, but brighter moving slowly across the sky heading north. We watched this light creep across the
night sky and I thought it must be just some kind of normal spatial phenomenon that I'm not familiar with. However once this light stopped for
about 30 seconds and then continued moving, I wasn't so sure that this was the case, especially since this vision my friend was having seemed to
direct us to see this event.
Ever since that night I had looked up at the sky periodically, hoping to see a similar light again. Months later we were at her cottage for the
weekend and while sitting around a fire, the topic of the strange light and that being came up, and while discussing it, I looked up at the sky and we
saw the same thing again, only this time after stopping briefly, the light continued in a different direction at nearly a 90 degree angle to the path
it was originally travelling. Now that really messed with my head since to the best of my knowledge, stars don't do that.
Most recently while telling this story to another friend of mine, we both looked up in the sky and were surprised to see this same phenomenon again,
but this time a constant motion until it crossed the horizon and out of our sight.
I'm not really sure what to make of all this, and I haven't really discussed this much with anyone, but I figure if there's a place to talk about
it, this is it. I'd appreciate any comments or clarifications from anyone.
Oh, and before you ask, no, I didn't see any strobes or anything indicative of conventional terrestrial aircraft.
