Whether this entire episode should be equated with SERPO, as brought out in his very interesting thread by Outrageo, here…I am not sure. The basic point is, is it a big deal to be working on back engineered alien technology?

In my thread on ‘Classified Anti Gravity Craft Using Back-Engineered Alien Technology?’ there was an interesting article written by Dr Richard Boylan, Ph.D, on it. Do we know for sure that it is not so? Anyway, here is what ‘Isaac’ had to say in his latest update on the C.A.R.E.T program….

There are a few misconceptions that I have noticed so far and would like to clear them up, and will also answer your questions:

The bottom line is that many people both inside and outside the engineering world frequently underestimate how long we've had a lot of the technology we have. 99% of the algorithms we use today were developed decades ago, they just didn't have the same practical applications immediately available.

Most of the engineers of the 60's and 70's would have been right at home with today's developments and technologies. The only difference is that things have gotten smaller and faster. In the vast majority of technologies, that is the only thing that REALLY changes from one era to the next. If I told the average person that we had speech-synthesizing technology in 1936, they probably wouldn't believe me.

Talking of back engineered alien technology, here's something interesting...

Check out the Weapons Industry Branch of the so called 'Shadow Government'. This branch reports to the Executive Branch most often indirectly, through the War Department and/or the Intelligence Branch (for Black Budget weapons systems).

In it you'll find the BDM Corporation, a CIA contractor, involved in UFO back-engineering and psychotronic projects.

mmmm, Ive already seen this, and it looks pretty cool. But I think there is another thread on it in the CAERT thread on this forum. Sorry... I dont have a link on me atm though.

I dont know, the photo looks pretty legit and I dont really see how a photo as detailed as this one could be faked easily.
