I think I need some help?

Since SkepticOverlord is the Tech. Director here, I would like to ask him a question. Sometimes when I try clicking on certain links here and other places I get this error "The RPC Server is unavailable." I don't know what RPC Server it means? Thanks for you help SkepticOverlord!

It would be more helpful if you could tell me where the links are (on ATS) that are giving you this error.
