UFO on Italian news?

Okay then, I've never seen this video on here so I'm posting it. Also, non parlo l'italiano, or at least, my skills have diminished to the point where I might as well not be able to, so I have no hope in understanding this newscaster


I'm guessing that this is CGI, but I'd like to know what the people in the video are saying. Perhaps they're simply saying, "hey look at this neat CGI UFO."
