That noise is well creepy.

It's got to be a hoax. Look at the date, 7/7/07 and the fact that there is no actual news on this event to be found.

That what i first thought, as i've tried every search combination to find any info on google, but i was interested if there was a small local report as the poster had stated which would make it even more interesting.

I doubt its true as it would be widely reported if it did happen. I think its a hoax just like all those stories of the alligators in the NYC sewer system.
