Is our brain a Time Machine

We know that memory is stored in 'Neural connections' of the brain. So how come a person remember his past life?

Once possibility is that our consiouness/soul/brain is a time machine which can tap into multiple physical brains in the space-time fabric.

Keep in mind that man identified, defined and essentially invented time. So it's really hard for me to buy into an idea that assumes time existed before man, because i simply don't agree. But, then again, if time doesn't really naturally exist, then there shouldn't be any reason why a consciousness couldn't move from one temporal location to another in whatever way it can.

Do you think this would be separate from our DNA or would it come along with it?

The neural connections of previous memories would somehow have to be stored and remanifested through some medium. Or do you see the conciousness/soul/brain as independent of our individual DNA imprint?
