What do you make of this video?

Too blurry.Looks like something fell and then was carried by the wind perhaps.Anyhow here is your vid.

Could be something like Springheel Jack, although the landing was amazing to me. How could you leap that far and land perfectly unless it is a fake or perhaps something very real. The blur on the jump would be the camera not focusing too well when he leaped but he stops suddenly like its a superpower.

Something doesn't look right about the landing. It comes in slow then quickly moves to the building and is then standing straight up. It looks like the video is missing a couple frames when it moves fast or that was done purposely to make it appear to be moving fast.

Springheel Jack could leap from roof to roof and land perfectly.

Well, it's amazing and could be some truth to jack. Flapping wings too.
