The meeting between Iranian counterparts and American/Iraqi officials, that was soley organised for the stability of Iraq has turned into a heated
exchange over Iranian actions towards the death of US Troops.
These meetings, I think are going to be the critical trigger towards hostilities between the United States and Iran.
The second round of talks between the US and Iran aimed at bringing stability to Iraq has reportedly been marred by a tense exchange over American
allegations that Teheran is fuelling violence.
The meeting in Baghdad was closed to the press but an unnamed official has been quoted as saying that the US ambassador clashed with his Iranian
counterpart.
Mr Qomi dismissed the allegations, saying the Americans had no proof, according to the official.
These meetings remind me of the Russian/American meetings prior to the coldwar coming to a climax, where both parties left the classical era house in
a huff, agit8d by each others demands....
We know how the coldwar ended, and how it changed our views on society.. but we do not have men, with the same character in charge as back then,
imagine if you had of had 'the crazies' and neo-con war mongerers in charge back in the early 70's... would it of ended differently?
"We'll see, if, as a result of these engagements, they will change their behaviour."
We have now put the onus on Iran, to either accept our views and assist us in this horrible occupation of Iran.. or further sour the relationships and
bring about more agro within these 'meetings for Iraqi stability'
Whats going to give first?
