You must purchase it in the ATS store, must buy access for 3.5k ats points

on the ATS page, go the member center... window will pop up, member center will be the lil white menu where it says stuff like member list, search, faq... etc...


might have to click a tab that says ATS store, cause I think it shows upload section by default, anywho.
